I've proudly worked in the glazing industry for almost 10 years. My role revolves around driving the growth of our business, working directly with a range of clients to deliver a service that’s built on three core principles: transparency, honesty, and value.
At AK Glass, we’ve worked hard to set ourselves apart from the outdated sales tactics often associated with double glazing. Instead, I focus on delivering a genuine and professional service that puts the customer’s needs first, every time.
Over many years, I’ve built a strong reputation for offering a diverse skill set and a refreshingly straightforward approach. Whether it’s a large-scale commercial project or a homeowner’s dream renovation, I’m committed to ensuring every client feels informed, respected, and confident in their decision.

Sam Hirst, Installations Director
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the glazing industry, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to AK Glass Windows and Doors Ltd. Having worked across both the manufacturing and installation sides of the trade, he understands every aspect of the process—from the initial design to the final fit. As Installations Director, Sam is committed to guiding customers through their projects with honest advice, practical solutions, and a focus on quality at every step. His goal is to make each customer’s experience smooth, informed, and stress-free.
